You get the fastest, most complete panoramic (over-)view of Berlin from the television tower at Alexanderplatz square: The dome restaurant revolves one full circle every hour (S- and U-train station Alexanderplatz, S3, S5, S7, S75, S9, U2, U5, U8, bus 100, bus 200).
